"Point of View" - While Mac recuperates at home after being injured, he witnesses a mysterious briefcase exchange that leads to a murder, and unexpectedly brings him in contact with his former girlfriend, Peyton Driscoll, on CSI: NY, Wednesday, May 19 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

"Gale's character is apprehended on the roof and is dropped to the ground as he is about to commit a dastardly act. He appears to comply with Flack's demands to drop what he's carrying, but in doing so he manages to scoop up gravel and blind Flack with it. They wrestle for Flack's gun. Danny arrives on the scene and separates the men, calling for assistance for Flack. Gale's character is not killed, but survives to give a manifesto on his motives to a video camera in an NYPD interrogation room. Let's see how altered the final scene is on Wednesday."
